She provides one to one transformational sessions and sells individualized hand-crafted mala beads with a personalized Sanskrit mantra so you can make powerful shifts in your energy and life in a short amount of time.

She leads women's groups, her focus on building and facilitating a community among women where they can feel safe and connected within a transformational group where healing and growth takes place.

Mindy believes that having a good financial plan in place plays a major part in overall wellness. She connects families with the best financial service options.

Mindy has a strong passion and desire for travel and experiencing different places and cultures. She believes it is a chance to unwind and reset and create fond memories among the change of scenery.
